 Anna Kendrick is an American actor and singer with a an estimated net worth of $20 million. Anna Kendrick was an already Tony-nominated child actress when she signed on to star in "Twilight." Between the two initial "Twilight" films, she managed to shoot five other projects, including "Up in the Air". Her performance opposite George Clooney in that project which was released in the year 1994, earned the then-24-year old an Oscar nomination. She has been a part of several critically and commercially successful projects since the time of her debut, such as "Scott Pilgrim Vs. America". Anna Cook Kendrick was conceived in Portland, Maine, on August 9 of 1985. Her mother was an accountant, while her father was a history teacher. Anna was raised by her older brother Michael who was an actor. Michael later on became an actor. Anna Kendrick began auditioning for Broadway shows as a teen at Deering High School in Portland. When she was 12, she landed her first major theater role when she joined the cast of High Society in 1998. As a child her performance was sufficient to earn her various nominations and awards. Later in 2003, she appeared in the musical A Little Night Music. When she was 15, she made her debut in film in Camp the same year. In honor of this performance, and her subsequent appearance in 2007's Rocket Science, Kendrick won even more awards and nominations.
